We wait all week for that one cheat meal, but one cheat meal can easily turn into an entire day of reckless eating.
Don't lose sight of what a cheat meal actually is. A cheat meal is suppose to reward us mentally, physically, and emotionally for all the hard work we put in throughout the week. If we lose sight of our goals and have multiple cheat meals, we end up damaging all the progress made that week. Allow yourself to indulge in that delicious meal you've been waiting for, but after that have the willpower to say "no." Remind yourself of your goals and where you want to be.
