C2 Fitness Team Training is a 45 minute Fat Loss training session! Each team training session is designed to burn the maximum amount of fat in the shortest period of time. We offer 4 training sessions in the morning/evenings to eliminate the chance of missing a session.
Team Training sessions our safe, fun, and effective. This is the ideal non-intimidating atmosphere we strive for. Every training session is led by an experienced Success Coach, that will push you through challenging workouts, and be supportive from start to finish. Our 12 Week VIP Transformation Program is done in our Team Training model, which keeps the cost of the program affordable compared to 1-on-1 training.
