Hi, I’m life coach Charlene!

I believe that one’s health and well-being is a direct result of their daily eating habits and fitness practices. 

Growing up I was an active child always changeling my physical limits.  In high school I continued my challenge by joining the track team.  I participated in hurdling, indoor track, outdoor track and cross-country.  Finding my passion in running, I ran year round.  By senior year I was a captain of my team and a state champ runner.  Placing many banners on the wall of my high school gym. 

I learned many quality leadership skills during those four years which I have carried throughout my life.

My love for fitness and my dedication still has me never turning down a challenge or an opportunity for new experiences. Time and time again, I remind myself of the positive effects exercise has on my own physical and psychological well-being, and my appreciation as a women for what our bodies and mind can achieve is ever increasing. 

As a personal trainer and life coach I share my enthusiasm, encourage a healthier lifestyle and help you realize what your body is capable of.  I believe that with the correct program, determination and support, anyone can achieve their goals.

As a single mother of five I need to be all I can be for myself and my family, leading by example not by words.  I play hard, eat healthy and live life to the fullest taking each day’s lessons and experiences with me to make the next day even better.
